Granada Hills Condo Market Update for December 2013

I hope everyone has had a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving holiday. During the holiday season, we begin to see the real estate market slow down. Buyers and Sellers are usually waiting to move once the holidays are over. This leaves the market very quiet, in terms of activity.
